We offer a free standard signed for/tracked delivery service to UK mainland.
Our delivery service normally takes 3 to 4 working days from dispatch.
Some products may be delivered directly by our suppliers.
We do not ship outside the UK.
Out of Zone Delivery Restrictions/Charges
Unfortunately delivery to certain regions costs considerably more for some items. As a result, we will require an additional payment of £5.99 for any order going to out of zone regions. If this is the case, please go ahead and place your order with standard delivery selected and we will contact you shortly after with more details on how to make the additional payment. The restrictions on these areas also mean that we are unable to ship our largest items, such as the 4 Panel Gym Mats and the Trampolines, to these areas. Any product for which out of zone delivery is not possible will state this at the beginning of the product description in the listing.
The out of zone areas are as follows:
- Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)
- Scottish Highlands and Islands (Postcodes beginning with KW, IV, HS, ZE, AB, PH, PA, FK)
- Isle of Man and Isle of Wight
Dispatch Times.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day.
Please note during busy period dispatch can take up to 72 hours.
Our working days are Monday to Friday.
Please note orders placed on a Bank Holiday or during a Bank Holiday weekend will be dispatched next working day.
On the rare occasion we may hold orders if we need to contact you.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, no compensation will be offered to you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
If we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and give you estimated delivery date, but if you are not happy with delivery date you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.
Orders with multiple items may be delivered in installments as some of our products may be delivered direct from supplier or manufactures.
In the event of a failure to accept any delivery by the Customer, otherwise than by reason of the Company’s fault or by reason of Force Majeure, we may charge you for re delivery of the item and/or for the return of the item.
