All products offered are manufactured to a high standard however if you need to return an item then please follow the guidelines below.

 

Cancellation and return

 

The Buyer has the right to cancel the Goods and receive a refund by informing us in writing by email within 14 working days of receipt of Goods when purchased via the internet.

If you wish to return an item that has been unopened and unused you must contact us within 14 days from the Delivery date. We will then give you information on how to return the product/s. You will be responsible for returning the item/s at your own expense. We highly recommend using the tracked postal service.

Goods should be returned within 30 working days of receiving the Goods and a refund (minus return post costs by the buyer) will be applied soon after.

Orders received are processed immediately on the Effective Date; if an order has been marked as processed or dispatched Customer’s cannot cancel or amend an order once placed.

Goods returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the seller on the package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@medleyoutlet.co.uk . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Faulty Electrical/Mechanism Product.


In this situation we have a 30-day refund policy, which means within first 30 days after receiving the item if any faults  occur you can have a refund/replacement.(This does not include accidental damage/wear and tear etc

We may ask you to send faulty product back for inspection and after inspection we will offer you refund/replacement.

 

For items that are DOA (dead on arrival) or are damaged

 

Please contact us within 7 days from delivery date.

For damaged items please also take the time to send an image. In this case we may ask you to return the product/s and replace them for you.

If you receive an incorrect item please contact us within 7 days from delivery date. Please let us know the product you have received and take the time to send an image. We will do our best to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.

The buyer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify us via email within 7 working days of the delivery if the goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the contract.

If the buyer fails to do so the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

This does not affect your statutory rights. 

 

Exchanges 

 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item

Once you have discussed your return with us by email, we will inform you about next step for you return.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. 

 

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
